Marlena Grives

Marlena Grives builds and manages all brand resources and sales systems behind Charter Yacht.com and the managed fleet. For each yacht she shapes its own brand and marketing, so every vessel goes to market as the yacht it is, not a listing.

She came to yachting from luxury real estate in Byron Bay, Burleigh Heads, Mermaid Beach and Miami, studied design at Polimoda in Florence, and co-founded Lula Rum, a silver medallist at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Design and sales have run side by side through her whole career.

Her role is to equip the business, and every yacht it represents, with what it needs to win charters. That spans how each yacht is positioned and presented, the campaigns that reach the right clients, and the CRM, pipelines and sales development that turn interest into bookings. Owners get a yacht that is actively sold.
