Anthea Lilley

Anthea has spent more than ten years in the superyacht industry and has seen it from both sides of the passerelle. She started at sea as Chief Stewardess on board a 90 metre superyacht, before moving to the commercial side as a charter broker in London for four years.

That combination is rare. She knows what a charter looks like from the crew mess and the guest deck. Her relationships with clients, brokers and industry partners around the world were built over years of doing both.

At Charter Yacht.com she leads the Commercial and Operational teams, from charter strategy and broker relationships through to contracts and owner reporting, making sure every yacht is positioned well and earning what it should.
