Clients remember a day on the water. A yacht gives you a private venue, a captive audience and a host who is not in the kitchen.
Impulsive hosts up to 80 for a launch or an incentive day. Lumir takes 55 for a client lunch. Belle and Sea Raes, by the hour on Sydney Harbour, suit a smaller table and a shorter afternoon. The crew handle the service, the chef handles the menu and your team hosts.
For a leadership retreat, an overnight charter in the Whitsundays turns the main saloon into the boardroom and the sun deck into the place the real conversations happen.

Before you book
How far ahead should we book?
Two to six weeks for a client lunch, longer for a Friday in summer or a larger event on Impulsive.
How many guests can come?
Impulsive takes up to 80 guests by day, Lumir 55, Belle and Sea Raes 36, Sunset 33.
Can we brand the yacht or run presentations?
Yes. Screens are available in the saloons, and signage, flags and branded touches can be arranged with the captain's approval.
Can we invoice the company and split the costs?
Yes. One invoice to the company, with the charter fee and the on board expenses itemised.
