Sunset is based on the Gold Coast from November to June. Christmas Day and New Year's Eve are booked as separate days or as part of a longer charter.
From the water
Why it's best from the water
The Gold Coast at Christmas is sun, sandbanks and a calm Broadwater. Sunset is already there.
Sunset is the newest hull in the fleet and the Gold Coast is her home berth, so there is no relocation and no waiting. Christmas lunch on the aft deck, the afternoon on the sandbanks at Wave Break Island, and the water toys out for the children.
For New Year's Eve the captain anchors off Surfers Paradise for the fireworks, or runs north to the quieter anchorages of the Broadwater if you would rather see the year out in peace.

Before you book
How far ahead should we book?
Christmas Day and New Year's Eve on Sunset are confirmed several months ahead. Ask early for a specific day, or take the week and have both.
How many guests can come?
Sunset carries up to 33 guests by day and sleeps 12 overnight.
Where does the charter leave from?
Sunset's home berth on the Gold Coast. Pick up from a Broadwater marina or a private pontoon can be arranged.
Can we stay aboard for the whole week?
Yes. Sunset sleeps 12 across five cabins, and a week over Christmas and New Year is the way most families take her.
